The client-level HISTORY tab provides information on a client's service items, program enrollments, referrals, reservations, assessments, and CE events recorded in Clarity from any agency the client has documented activity with.


By selecting "View" next to "Advanced search options," it is possible to filter these results.


Users will see these options after selecting "view."


  • Search: keyword within the historical item title 
  • Category: service category 
  • Agency: agency associated with the historical item 
  • DateRange: date range associated with the historical item 
  • Type: historical item type (Assessments, Programs, etc.) 
  • CoordinatedEntry: limits results to just Coordinated Entry-related items.
