This dashboard was created to allow users to view and interact with a variety of demographic information in an easy-to-digest form. The sections include Program participation rates, client and household demographics, and prior living situation information. It is also possible to view more specific, individual data throughout this dashboard. This article will provide a guide on how to use this dashboard.

Filters
Use the filters at the top to refine the data displayed in the dashboard. Select the filter box(es) to adjust the dashboard settings and select the refresh icon to update the data. Selecting multiple options will display all data that applies to any of the selections. For example, If you select multiple projects the results will display for any client enrolled in either project within the selected date range.
Filters available for this dashboard are:
- Date Range (based on the date of enrollment)
- Agency
- Project Type
- CoC (defaults to OH-500, Cincinnati/Hamilton County)
- Project Name
- Head of Household
- Household Type
- Currently Active
- Gender
- Age at Enrollment
- Project Exit Date
- Race and Ethnicity
- Unique Identifier (allows users to filter by specific client UID, for example to determine demographic details of clients returning to homelessness)
Click on the ellipses in the top right corner to download the entire dashboard. Download as a PDF to keep dashboard visuals (downloaded files will not include client-level data). Tiles
Dashboard tiles are grouped into two categories: Program Participation and Demographics, and Prior Living Situation. Tips for using tiles:
- Click on the value to drill down to client-level data.
- Click on the value in the legend to exclude that value.
- Hover over any tile then click on the ellipses to download the data for that specific tile or 'explore' from here will allow you to use the criteria for that tile as the foundation of a new report.
- Click on the information bubble to get more details about specific measures.
These tiles provide a visual of the data being presented on a large scale. However, each tile is able to be clicked through to access individual-level data.
Client Participation and
Demographics
This section provides an unduplicated count of clients based on their client profile or most recent data collection stage within their most recent enrollment.
Prior Living Situation
This section provides a duplicated count of clients. For example, if a client was enrolled in two different projects within the selected date range and had different prior living situations for each project. the client will show up under each prior living situation collected for both enrollments.
