RALEEE Utility Assistance and Education Assessment


The Renter and Landlord Energy Efficiency Engagement Program (RALEEE) is designed to increase energy efficiency for low-income renters through energy efficiency education, breaking down barriers to access, and streamlining utility assistance to renters. 


The RALEEE Utility Assistance and Education Assessment is an assessment found in the client-level assessments for agencies participating in this utility assistance program. This article is written to support the HMIS processes in this program. For questions regarding other eligibility requirements or steps, please reach out to Watoiya Williams (wwilliams@end-homelessness.org). 


In the original interface, select ASSESSMENTS in the client-level navigation (found under the client's name). Select START next to the assessment.


In the new interface, select Assessments in the client-level navigation (found vertically under the clients name. Select the plus symbol (+) to add a new assessment. An overlay will open to walk through the process.


In the overlay, click on the assessment name and select Next.

  • Assessment Date: The assessment will default to today's date. Adjust as necessary to the date the assessment was completed.
  • Agency Making Referral: Type the name of the agency you are affiliated with.
  • Participant watched RALEEE Videos?: Toggle on to document that the participant watched the RALEEE videos.
    Notes: Add any additional notes for the STEH Prevention team.


Click Save & Next at the bottom to complete the assessment.


Upon completion, email the prevention team with the participants unique ID to notify them on of the referral.
