HUD GuidanceThis Emergency Shelter - Night-by-Night enrollment is missing a bed night record that matches the enrollment's 'Entry Date'. There must be a record of a bed night on the 'Entry Date' into a night-by-night shelter; any additional bed night dates must be after the 'Entry Date' and before the 'Project Exit Date'.

How to correct: Verify that every bed night during the client's enrollment is after the Project Start Date, and before the Project Exit Date. Otherwise it will indicate the client had a bed night outside of the enrollment.
