HUD GuidanceThis Emergency Shelter - Night-by-Night enrollment has a bed night record that matches the enrollment's 'Project Exit Date'. Bed night dates must be after the 'Project Start Date' and before the 'Project Exit Date''.


How to correct: Verify that every bed night during the client's enrollment is after the Project Start Date, and before the Project Exit Date. Otherwise it will indicate the client had a bed night outside of the enrollment.
