2025 HMIS Privacy & Security Training - On Demand
Deadline: December 31, 2025
All HMIS users must complete the Annual Privacy & Security Training by the end of the year to maintain access to Clarity.
Users who have not completed the training by December 31 will have their access suspended until training is finished.
How to Complete the Training:
Email HMISsupport@end-homelessness.org to schedule your on-demand session.
Please note:
Access to the on-demand portal is limited
Seats are assigned first come, first served
Annual and new-user training requests are scheduled together

Clarity November Feature Updates and Intro Video
On November 4, 2025, Clarity Human Services will release several new features to the Clarity's new user interface (UI) on November 4th, 2025. A fix to the Location Tab should be implemented at this time. You can learn more by reading Bitfocus' November 2025 Feature Updates.
