When a staff member records a program enrollment in a client record, the system automatically adds the staff member to the "Assigned Staff" section of a client's enrollment.
There are two ways to be connected to specific clients in Clarity:
Assigned Staff | Found on an enrollment screen. When a staff member records a program enrollment in a client record, the system automatically adds the staff member to the Assigned Staff section of a client's enrollment. ![]() The client will appear on the user's CASELOAD tab. |
Care Team | Found on the client's profile. The Care Team includes all Assigned Staff from the client's active program enrollments, along with any staff members who are manually added.![]() The client will appear on the user's CASELOAD tab. |
To change the case manager assigned to a client, click the edit box next to the client's specific enrollment that needs to be changed.
After opening the program enrollment, click the edit box next to the current "Assigned Staff."
A list of staff members from that agency will appear. Selecting a different staff member will mark them as the "Assigned Staff" and will include the client in their caseload.
*It is also possible to choose more than one staff member so the client shows up on multiple caseloads.
Users can find a list of their clients that they are connected to through the CASELOAD tab, located in the top right of the screen.
