If this household has left the project, enter the Project Exit Date. If they are still active, do not change the data. It may be helpful to share this information with CE in accordance with your privacy policies to ensure this participant's needs are being met. 


How to correct: Please confirm the client is still active in the program. If not please enter the exit details for the date the client exited the program.
