HUD Guidance: According to this client's assessment at Project Start, their Approximate Date Homeless was over three years ago, which would mean their Number of Times Homeless would have to be 1 and their Number of Months Homeless would have to be "More than 12 months". 

How to correct: Confirm the client's Prior Living Situation data is correct and consistent. If their current period of homelessness began more than 3 years ago, then the client has only been homeless "one time" in the past 3 years (the length of time being inquired about in the question), and their Number of Months Homeless would automatically be "More than 12 months."
 

However, if it is determined this period of homelessness began more recently than 3 years ago, the "approximate date homelessness began" question would need to be corrected first, followed by the Number of Times and Number of Months questions to ensure they all line up.
