HUD Guidance: This household has no one over the age of 12. This is unexpected and it could be an error. Please confirm date(s) of birth and household composition to ensure all members of the household are associated.
How to correct: This error occurs when only children under twelve are active in a single household. This is most likely due to: 1) Adults in the household have been exited and the children have not - to correct exit the children; 2) Children were mistakenly enrolled in a separate household than the head of household - to correct contact HMISsupport to merge the household into a single household enrollment. 3) the child is intentionally and correctly enrolled into their program as head of household - no correction necessary in this case, but confirm the data is correct.
