HUD GuidanceThis client has an Approximate Date Homelessness Started in their enrollment that is after their Project Start Date. The information at Project Start should reflect the client's situation at the point of Project Start, so this date may have been incorrectly entered. 


How to correct: If the Approximate Date Homelessness Started is later than the Project Start Date, it implies the client was not homeless at the time of enrollment. This date can be the same as the Project Start Date, or any date before, as long as it reflects when the client literally became homeless.
