This article is referencing an error identified by HUD's Eva tool which the HMIS Team uses for their monthly Data Quality Health Checks. If you are unfamiliar with the Health Check process, please contact the HMIS Team.
HUD Guidance: There is a discrepancy between the data element indicating that the client is receiving non-cash benefits and the data elements regarding the non-cash benefits sources. Please verify this client's non-cash benefits at Entry to correct this error.
How to correct: The type of non-cash benefit(s) must be entered whenever "yes" is selected for non-cash benefits.
