HUD Guidance: This household has more than one head of household. According to the HMIS Data Standards Manual, one member must be designated as the head of household for the entire duration of the enrollment.
How to correct: Determine which client in a global household should be the "head of household." In a group enrollment, verify that the client marked as the HoH didn't exit the enrollment before any other group members (there must be a HoH during the duration of an enrollment.)
