HUD Guidance: A client cannot have two enrollments with the same entry date into the same project. These are duplicate enrollment records. Please address this issue.


How to correct: Delete duplicate enrollment from the client's history tab.  Services associated with the enrollment will need to be deleted before the project enrollment can be deleted. (Users cannot delete program enrollments created by other agencies.
