Accessing the Hands-on Activities in the Training
To access the Hands-On-Activities, log back into https://steh.talentlms.com/, click on the course name, and then use the navigation on the left to navigate to either the beginning of the course or directly to the Hands-On-Activities.
You will also need to be logged into Clarity “Demo Agency” (agency name found under your name) in a separate tab or window along with the training site.
The following items are checked to ensure understanding of basic Clarity processes:
Hands on Training Steps:
- Log into Clarity
- Create a New Client
- Create a second Client and
- Create a Global Household
- Enroll Household into a Program
- Add a Program Service
- Add a Status Update Assessment
- Create a third Client and add to Global Household and Household Enrollment
- Exit all Clients from Enrollment
Required VI-SPDAT Hands on checks
- Check that the client is on the CQ (client profile)
- Client needs an active enrollment in Demo COC VI-SPDAT
- In Assessments - client needs the VI-SPDAT and a Current Living Situation
- In Forms - client needs a signed VI-SPDAT consent form

When contacting HMIS Support about a particular client, please do not send sensitive personally identifiable information (Sensitive PII) through email, such as full name, social security number, or any other information used to determine a person's identification. Instead, please send the Clarity Unique Identifier found on the client's Clarity Profile page. You can use the messaging system in Clarity if you need to send sensitive personally-identifying information.
