[CLNT-101] Case Notes vs. [CLNT-106] Client Service Notes


There are two primary methods to enter notes in Clarity  (see Adding Program Notes) - based on which method was used to enter notes, different reports can be used to view or download multiple notes: 

  1. If you enter notes in the "Notes" tab, located in program level navigation, you will want to use the [CLNT-101] Case Notes Report.

  2. If you use Services (e.g. Case Management, Encounter, Job Placement, Referrals, etc.) in the "Provide Services" tab, in program level navigation, you will want to use the [CLNT-106] Client Service Notes Report.


**Both of these reports can be accessed from Client Level Reports (Printer Icon) on the Client Profile Page.



[CLNT-101] Case Notes Report


The Case Notes Report compiles notes entered in the "Notes" tab in the project level navigation.  Case Managers or other agency staff are able to run this report for inclusion in case files or to view multiple notes at one time.

[CLNT-106] Client Service Notes Report

The Client Service Notes reports compiles notes entered in the "Provide Services" tab in the program level navigation.
