Custom reports built by the STEH HMIS Team or users at your agency are available from Reports/Data Analysis. To access custom reports or dashboards:

Running Custom Reports

Click on the "Reports" icon from the launcher. 

Click on the "Data Analysis" tab.

Click on the down chevron next to Cincinnati Clarity System Reports to use reports and dashboards available system wide. Click on the down chevron next to your agency reports to view reports built for your agency.

Click run next to the report you wish to run.

Using Report Filters

Clarity has updated the look and functionality of custom reports. 

For an older report, click on the 'FILTER' button in the upper left corner of the screen to show and edit report filters.

For newer reports, click on the filter item to edit.

Reading the Report

Each report will be built to unique specifications, however, there are several features many reports will have in common.

Links to client records

Anytime a report contains a 'Personal ID' or 'Enrollment ID' clicking on these fields will open the client's record in a new window.

Scroll over functionality

Scrolling over a visualization will provide additional detail.

Drill down functionality

Clicking on a measure will open a new window with more detail and, often, links to client records.

Additional report information

Hover over the question mark on certain report tiles to access additional information about the reporting specification.

Downloading and Editing Reports

On older reports click the gear in the upper right hand corner to download, schedule, or email the report as well as other options.

On newer reports click on the ellipses.

Click on the ellipses of an individual tile for more options to work with the data contained in that tile.
