About the Report

This report reviews daily housing attendance by household size within the report range for all shelter or housing projects (including PH) within your agency.

Attendance:

  • Will be reported based on clients actively enrolled within the report period for intake/exit shelters and transitional housing projects.

  • Is reported based on bednights provided within the report period for night-by-night shelters.

  • Is reported based on clients who have both an active enrollment and a housing move-in date prior to or within the report period for PSH and RRH projects.

Opening and Reading the Report

A popup box appears telling you the report is ready. You can open the report either from 1) the popup box or 2) the report manager in the top right corner of the screen. Click the report manager, then click 'Open'.

1)

2)

The report displays each program the agency has available along with the following information:

1) Date. There's one date and one row for each bed night. If you run the report for multiple dates, you'll see multiple date, attendance, and data quality fields.

2) Attendance shows how many individual people stayed in that program on the date listed.

3) Data Quality is based on the following fields:

  • Name Quality
  • SSN
  • SSN Quality
  • Date of Birth Quality
  • Gender
  • Race
  • Ethnicity
  • Veteran (for adults only)

If any of the fields are null or data not collected, the data quality percentage will be less than 100%.

4) Household Size details how many clients are listed in the household. In the example below, there are 9 individual clients, one household with 2 people, and one household with 5 or more people. Taken together, that equals the 14 in the 'Attendance' field for the dates 12/1/19 through 12/4/19, and 15 for 12/5 and 12/6.

Drilling Down

You can drill down into the report only if you display it as a web page, and only under the 'Household Size' heading.

Drilling down brings up the client list for that category. You can then copy the Unique Identifier and paste it in the search bar in Clarity to bring up that client's profile if needed.
