About This Report


This report provides basic program information for active and inactive heads of household with program stays during the report dates. It provides the option to show or hide household members meaning that household members can be included or not included in the report. 


If 'Show Group Members' is selected, all household members who have an enrollment in the project will be listed regardless if the household member is currently acitve in the project during the report dates. 




The report divides clients into two groups: Active Clients actively enrolled in the program during the report dates and Inactive Clients who were exited within the report dates.  Note: the report offers a general summary for all programs selected; it does not categorize the clients (or their households) by program.


When you download the Excel file you'll see different tabs: Parameters, Active, and Inactive.



 


Parameters details the report name, agency, Show or Hide Group Members, the date range the report covers, and program names selected. 



The Active tab lists those clients who are currently enrolled in the program. The report shows the start date, and the end date field is blank.



The Inactive tab lists the same information, with the exception of the Program End Date. 





The report pulls data specifically based on head of household information. Data elements include:


Finding the Report

Click the launcher in the top right corner of the screen, then click 'Reports'. 




Under 'Program Reports', click 'Run' for the '[GNRL-105] Program Participation Summary' report. 



Running the Report


Select from the drop-down boxes the Program Type(s), the Program Status ('All Programs,' 'Active,' 'Inactive'), Program(s), Funding(s), Group Members display ('Show' is when you want to include the names of all household members of each client included in the report. 'Hide' excludes household members and lists only the head of household.), the Report Date Range, and the Report Output Format. 


Click 'Submit' to run the report. 


Output Formats

There are three choices of displaying the report: Web Page, PDF, and Excel. 


  • Web Page displays the information on your screen. You can't drill-down this particular report. 
  • PDF downloads the report to your computer, making it easy to share or print. 
  • Excel allows you to sort and manipulate the data. 


Opening and Reading the Report

A popup box appears telling you the report is ready. 


You can also open the report by clicking on the report manager at the top of the screen and clicking 'Open'. 

The Web Page displays on your screen. The PDF and Excel versions both download to your computer. Either click on the box at the bottom of your screen to open the file, or go to the folder where your downloaded files are kept and open from there.
