The default dashboard for your Clarity instance is the Program Roster. This allows a quick glance at clients who are enrolled in one or more of your agency’s programs. The displayed fields are:

Active clients: Total number of active clients at the agency

Client Personal ID: Unique personal ID of client. Click this field to view the client’s profile.

Client Full Name: Full name of the client

Client SSN – Last 4: Last 4 of client’s Social Security Number

Programs Name: Name of program(s) client is enrolled in

Enrollments Assigned Staff: Staff member assigned to client

Enrollments Date Created Date: Date enrollment was created

Enrollments Date Updated Date: Date of last enrollment activity

Enrollments Days in Project: Days in program since first enrolled
